Booking and Payment
Full payment is due within 10 working days of Bump2baby Reality confirming your course/session via email.
Payment is via BACS, an electronic invoice will be sent at time of booking.
A booking form must be completed and returned online.
All payments are requested within 10 days of receipt of our invoice. A place for your selected course/session will be held during this time. Payments not received within this time frame will be sent one reminder and a 48-hour extension for payment. If payment is still not received your reserved place will be released.
Our courses are open to all parents and parents to be including young parents, women without a partner, same sex couples and surrogacy couples. Antenatal course and Hypnobirthing sessions are for up to two people, and women may attend with any partner/birth supporter of their choice.
Our refund policy:
An administration charge of £25 will be deducted from all refunds.
The remainder will be refunded to you if you cancel your booking 6 weeks in advance of the course/session date, while 50% of the course fee (minus the £25 administration charge) will be refunded if you cancel 4 weeks ahead of the course date.
If you cancel your booking within 4 weeks of the course/session date you will incur a loss of the full course price. Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration and only following approval of the company Directors.
If you have started your course you will not be eligible for any refunds.
Bump2baby Reality reserve the right to cancel the course 2 weeks prior to the course start date if a minimum number of couples are not confirmed. In the unlikely event that this should occur, an alternative course will be offered. If none of the offered dates are suitable your initial course fee will be reimbursed in full.
If you have booked a private 1-2-1 session and Bump2baby Reality need to alter the date for the session, every effort will be made to find an alternative date. If a mutually convenient date cannot be agreed a full refund will be offered.
