Deborah is a physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience: Widely in the NHS and in a private out-patient setting, as well as a certified Pilates instructor (APPI). She is a manual therapist and uses myofascial release: acupuncture, silicone cups and other techniques to work on the musculoskeletal & connective tissues, in addition to using the Pilates method and her experience in treating the respiratory system, thorax & ribcage and mindfulness to treat everyone holistically.
Deborah has undertaken extensive post-grad training – most recently with the US Herman & Wallace institute. Following recent further training Deborah is now a ‘Menopause warrior’ and a ‘Bladder Hero’!
