Helen qualified as a midwife in 2001, and as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2007 (IBCLC).
Helen is passionate about supporting mums and their babies with their choice of infant feeding. She has considerable experience in assisting with breastfeeding related issues, as well as weaning, returning to work and safe bottle feeding.
Helen is married to Ben and has three children who keep her very busy! A regular member of the coffee morning team offering 121 support and is also available for private home visits.
