Jenny has an OCN Level 4 Sleep Training qualification and is a member of the British Sleep Society. She has a BSc (Hons) in Human Psychology and is an ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor. Jenny favours using gentle sleep techniques which take longer to embed, resulting in sustainable habit change.
Jenny knows what it means to despair of ever getting your child to sleep. She is mum to two young daughters, the eldest of which battled every nap and every bedtime from 8 weeks to 16 months. Using a trained sleep consultant herself gave her back her evenings and saved her sanity. When her youngest was born, she was able to embed the techniques she learnt right from the start and even when there were blips along the way, the tools and techniques re-established good sleep habits.
Jenny was inspired to be formally trained having had her own personal experience, and great feedback from friends who she helped by adapting the methods for their individual situations. She offers individual in home or by phone personal sleep coaching consultations and exclusive to Bump2 Baby Reality, group ‘Better Sleep’ workshops alongside the Wednesday coffee mornings.
