Mother and Baby Yoga

Are you looking for a Mother and Baby Yoga class that:

All classes run on a Monday afternoon 1.30 until 2.30 at Leek Wootton Village Hall

Little Earthlings Mother and Baby Yoga is a friendly, gentle movement and relaxation class that enhances the bond between mother and baby, suitable from after the 6 weeks check up to crawling.

Places are limited, and booking is essential. Terms and Conditions apply, and all attendees are required to complete a health questionnaire at the time of booking.

To guarantee a place you need to book a block of 5-7 sessions for £50-£70. All block dates are listed above. Classes do not run on bank holidays or school holidays.

If there is space for you to start during a block, payment for the remainder of the block will be taken.

If you wish to trial a class and there is space, you can select a ‘trial ticket’ when booking, this costs £10 and will be deducted from a block if you continue with us.

During the hour-long session, you can expect; songs and rhymes, stretches for the adult and exercises for the baby, there is even chance to get to know other parents with a drink and a snack!

Baby yoga is excellent for the baby’s development, benefits include; improved sleep patterns, relief from colic and digestive problems, increase in body awareness and language acquisition it also aids physical development and coordination.

These classes also improve the wellbeing of the mother too, through toning and strengthening the body, improving agility and balance and improving mental health.
